FileArmor GUI (Graphical User Interface) system makes the work easy and intuititive. It uses an optimized AES implementation that conforms to FIPS-197 , and a SHA1 implementation that conforms to FIPS-180-1. AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) has been approved as an official US Government symmetric encryption algorithm. SHA1 is one of the FIPS approved standards for secure hashing. Both algorithms are NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) cryptographic standards.
